Who this agreement is between
These terms are between you (the builder or company using Bridgeway) and Bridgeway (the product and team). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Straightforward terms for a straightforward product.
We've written these in plain language because you should understand what you're agreeing to.
What Bridgeway provides
Bridgeway is a software platform for managing real estate sales, buyer relationships, and construction updates. We provide the platform on a subscription basis. We don't guarantee any business outcome — results depend on how you use the product.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you add team members, you are responsible for their use of the platform. Do not share your account credentials with people outside your organisation.
Your data
You own your data. By using Bridgeway, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the service. We don't claim ownership of any content or data you upload. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Acceptable use
You may not use Bridgeway to send spam or unsolicited messages to people who have not expressed interest in your projects. You may not use Bridgeway to violate RERA regulations or any applicable Indian law. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Cancellation and data
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until end of the billing period, then enters a 30-day grace period during which you can export your data. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.
Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (WhatsApp Business API, payment processors, cloud providers) or force majeure events.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you for any claim arising from use of Bridgeway is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost business, lost leads, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
