Short version: we collect only what we need to run the service, we don't share it with anyone, and you can take it and leave whenever you want.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company details. When you use Bridgeway, we collect data you enter — leads, buyers, projects, payment schedules, and construction updates. We also collect usage data (which features you use, how often) to improve the product.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising. We do not read your leads' personal information for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Your data is used solely to operate Bridgeway for your business. We use aggregated, anonymised data to understand product usage and improve features. We never use your individual business data for any purpose beyond providing and improving the service.
Your data is stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Supabase on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We maintain daily backups with a 30-day retention. Your data is stored in India-region servers wherever possible.
When you use Bridgeway to send WhatsApp messages to leads or buyers, those messages are delivered via the WhatsApp Business API. Message content is not stored by us beyond what you see in the platform. Meta's privacy policy governs delivery. We do not store buyer phone numbers for any purpose other than sending messages you initiate.
You can export all your data from Bridgeway at any time as a CSV. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
We use essential cookies for authentication (to keep you logged in) and two first-party analytics cookies on our public website. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share any of it with a third-party analytics provider. You can disable or clear these cookies in your browser without affecting the core product.
On our public marketing pages we record anonymous visit data: which pages were opened, how far down the page you scrolled, which links you clicked, your browser and device type, your approximate city and country, and where you arrived from. This is tied to a random identifier stored in a first-party cookie (bw_vid), not to your name or email, and it is never combined with data from other websites. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to detect abuse of the endpoint — the address itself is never written to our database and the hash cannot be reversed. Visit records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the bottom of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
