Bridgeway started not in a co-working space, but in the sales offices of builders in Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad — watching how deals were actually tracked, lost, and eventually won.
Why we built this
Every builder we met had the same three things: a WhatsApp group that was out of control, an Excel sheet nobody trusted, and a helpline that rang all day because buyers didn't know what was happening to their flat. We didn't find a CRM that solved this for a mid-size Indian builder without a six-month implementation and a dedicated IT team. So we built one.
Who we are
A small team. No private equity. No board pushing us toward enterprise contracts. Just a tight group focused on making Bridgeway the most useful tool a mid-size Indian builder has ever used for sales and buyer relationships. Our roadmap is driven by builders, not investors.
Our commitment
We will never build features that serve investors at the expense of the builder experience. We will publish honest numbers, not inflated ones. We will tell you when something doesn't work and fix it before we move on. And we will always pick up the phone — or the WhatsApp message.
